How to book a property?

We will send you an invoice completed with all rates and payment details. Complete with your personal information, scan and send back to
Pay the Booking Fee / Down Payment.
The Remainder / Move In amount is due at Check In in cash or if transferring it must be cleared at least 5 days before Check In. At Check In a contract will be completed and a copy made for you.
Booking Fee / Down Payment:
Short Term: (90 days or less)
Down Payment = 20% of total stay + 10% Booking fee to hold the property
On Check In – (80%) Remainder to be paid + Security Deposit
Long Term: (91 days or more)
Down Payment = 10% Booking Fee + 1st Month Rent
On Check In = Security Deposit
How can we pay the deposit?
Bank transfer – If transferring from out of Europe, please add €30, within Europe no extra fee or
Paypal – includes most major credit cards (+ 4% paypal fees)
Please pay any applicable bank fees. We must receive the full Holding Deposit amount before we can hold the property.
Are there any extra fees?
How much is the REFUNDABLE Security / Damage Deposit?
10 days or less = €250
30 days or less = €500
31 days or more = 1 month rent (Can vary depending lisiting)
Short Term rentals will be refunded at Check Out (pending no damages or keys lost). Otherwise deposits will be refunded between 30 – 45 days after Check Out (pending no damages, keys lost and final cleaning & utilities have been paid)
Why do we have to pay a Security / Damage deposit?
This deposit covers the cost of lost keys, any damage or missing property, if applicable. Also to cover unpaid utilities, if applicable.
Part Months – How are they calculated?
Any reservation reflecting a check-in date within the first seven days of a calendar month and/or a check-out date on or after the twenty-third (23) day of a calendar month will be charged as a full month’s rent, unless otherwise specified. Other than that the monthly rent is divided by 30 days and multiplied by the days required.
If the owner cancels due to circumstances out of their control you will receive 100% of your Booking Fee. (This rarely happens)
If you cancel you forfeit only the Booking fee and rent downpayment
